Well, it only took ten years, but the State of Florida finally did the right thing, and has banned Sharon Peterson Schulman from working in any capacity as a Guardian Ad Litem or participating in any sort of custody evaluations, or cases involving children's placement. Yay, Florida!! She also has to take some seriously need ETHICS CLASSES and pay a hefty fine...

LEALAND LANE MCCHAREN Esq. needs to do his JOB at the Florida Dept. of Health!

Attorney Lealand Lane McCharen is supposed to be bringing Dr. Sharon Lee Peterson Schulman to justice.....what is going on, Lealand? No one has heard from you. There has been no disciplinary hearing for Schulman, even though she has THREE complaints that warranted investigation? Why don't you return victims inquiries? Why has this case been dragged on for YEARS now? Most importantly, WHY is Sharon Lee Peterson Schulman being allowed to CONTINUE to perform custody evaluations for the St. Johns County and Duval County Court systems in her typical, fraudulant fashion, wrecking lives and destroying children's spirits? Sharon Lee Peterson Schulman is a wreckless, unjust and incompetant Psychologist.
The Florida Department of Health's Prosecution Unit is currently prosecuting SEVERAL seperate complaints against her.

Do NOT allow this woman to have anything to do with your child's custody case or custody evaluation- she is a fraud and can be paid off or otherwise relied upon to write up illegal, false statements and diagnosis which do not even exist,
fraudulant evaluations and opinions that follow absolutely NO required guidelines or ethics.
Schulman has the audacity to submit these "evaluations/opinions" to the court system as is
they are valid, legal documents that have been produced within legal guidelines and requirements...

The worst part is, that no judge has questioned her or held her in contempt. The victim is then left
to defend his or herself against whatever accusations are part of Schulman's "opinions." Be sure to file a criminal complaint for perjury, making false statements and submitting false reports.
